③ If you prefer wearing thin clothing and desire a tight fit, choose the size based on step ②. If you prefer wearing multiple layers or desire a comfortable fit, choose one size up from step ②.
For example, if your measurement is 84cm:

Choosing Size 5/34: Offers a relaxed and comfortable fit.
