How do I return, or exchange an order?

All items can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days after receipt (Including defective goods).
You must contact ‘info@arunningclub.com’ before returning items.

The item will be exchanged/refunded after inspection.
For exchanges, all expenses (i.e., round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, tax charges, etc.) are to be paid by the customer.

Exchange/refund is not available under terms and conditions below.

– 14 days after receipt of the item.
– If the package(price tag of product, poly bag, etc) is opened or the packaging is damaged, when the value of the product is significantly lost.
– Deterioration of the quality of the product due to the customer’s use. (such as laundry, body odor, traces of cosmetics, etc)
– If the product is difficult to resell due to deterioration of the quality or value of the product caused by the passage of time.
– If gift items enclosed with the product are missing.
– Items on sale are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
